More about Arnaud

I help investors and management teams to choose the right investment vehicles and entities, guiding them through issues such as whether they should be regulated or unregulated, tax transparent or not, the treatment of carried interest, and so on.

I assist the AMF (the French authority that regulates France's financial markets), with its approval and registration procedures for the acquisition or sale of regulated and non-regulated vehicles.

His highlights...

I advised Crédit Agricole SA (France's largest retail banking group, the second largest in Europe and eighth largest in the world) with the €230 million sale of Pasteur's OPCI for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) - a sovereign wealth fund owned by Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
